Early in lfe we begin to set destinations based on values and relationships important to us. We plan our trip, make our preparations then set sail. The wind speeds us along.

However, we discover after a while, despite some early progress, that the winds of life are unpredictable. We either are swept along on the seas of life with little control over our direction or just become dead in the water. The bottom line is that we find ourselves or the organizations we lead off course or just "stuck".
